BAY AREA LIFE SKILLS FOR TEEN
The goal of this class is to become aware of unhealthy behavior and thought patterns and to use tools to express and deal with feelings. Students will learn to manage stress in their life in a positive way, get support from others with the same kind of feelings, understand anger - where it comes from - how to control/respond to it, and get reality checks. The class helps youth to realize everyone is worthwhile, valuable, talented with options and a purpose.
