Life Skills is here to help you increase your capacity to function in relationships and where possible, offer hope of reconciliation.  As you learn to understand yourself, you can learn to relate with those around you.  Originally formulated to address the concerns of families in abusive relationships, Life Skills has been proven to fine-tune and bring healing and enrichment to any relationship whether abuse is present or not.
